Made with a healthy amount of sugar from freshly pressed cane juice blended with non-GMO American molasses and fermented at a high temperature with a champagne yeast. It is distilled only once to retain the wonderful sugar flavors. Then it's aged in barrels that previously held their award winning V5 Bourbon. Smells of sweet molasses, light oak and vanilla. Tastes of caramel, light butterscotch, oak, vanilla, and slight spice with cinnamon. Drink neat or use as a mixer. Bottled at 40% alcohol-by-volume.
